Last minute!

Yesterday's Hockley Hustle was a load of fun!
Who knew!

MANY thanks to Carrie for running the Buttonpusher stage - it was flawless and had some great bands on all day.

After all that excitement we've been added as support for HAPPY BIRTHDAY (SubPop) tonight at The Social in Nottingham.

We're on at 9pm I think.

STILL TO COME!

We're playing the Hockley Hustle weekend. TWICE! Cause we're all about Oxfam or something.

Fucking charity.

So this is this Saturday - lots of our chums, like Cecille Gray and Sofa King, on the bill - it'll be right good. Click it - it'll make it bigger so you can read it and stuff.

THEN

Saturday 2 October 2010

oh yeah

We did a gig last night in the Sumac centre in Nottingham, which is a community centre for forward thinking types with allotments and bikes.
There was a child running around with ice cream until midnight and a dog on a string who barked so perfectly in time with Alright The Captain everyone was in agreement the dog needs to join the band. It was a thing of beauty.

Anyway - it's always a bit odd playing there cause it's like a living room in an old people's home..with an awesome bar..and stray people sat on google..

The gig was super tight actually - Martin of BUTTONPUSHER and ATC has got his shit down as far as putting a good lineup together goes.
Last night was no exception - if you can catch Continuous Battle of Order before they head back to Belfast you must - they are touring until next thursday - have a little look::

Alright The Captain

Sometime soon

We've been in the studio recording some songs that will be a 7inch single.

We've also booked a ton of gigs. Finally! No excuse!
